SAP ERP Project List

Served as Program Manager over FI/CO, MM, and PS Tracks during the implementation of SAP ECC6 for a Major Oil and gas company. Project consisted of 9 active tracks, 5 project managers, 400 client resources, 200 SAP consultants, and followed the ASAP methodology. Responsibilities included: communicating status and issues, managing escalations, developing project plans, managing resource utilization and task completion, and developing project status tracking and forecasting reports.

Served as Program Manager over FI/CO Tracks during the creation of an MLP for an SAP 4.6C enhancement project for a Major Oil and gas company.  Project consisted of 3 functional business consultants, 2 ABAP developers, 4 client resources, and followed the ASAP methodology.  Responsibilities included: communicating status and issues, managing escalations, developing project plans, managing resource utilization and task completion, and developing project status tracking and forecasting reports.

Served as Lead ABAP Developer during an implementation of Vertex for Major Global Oil and Gas Company. Project consisted of 2 functional business consultants, 2 client resources, 4 ABAP developers, and followed the ASAP methodology. Responsibilities included: writing detailed technical specifications, creating integrated solution design diagram, documenting integration data flow and end points, developing integrations using BAPIs and RFCs, and providing project managers with status and issues.
ABAP Lead
Served as Lead ABAP Developer during an enhancement project to convert the Call Center module to ABAP Objects.  Project consisted of 2 functional business consultants, 2 ABAP developers, and utilized SAP Solution Manager.  Responsibilities included: writing detailed technical specifications, creating integrated solution design diagram, documenting integration data flow and end points, converting existing ABAP functions to object oriented classes, and providing project managers with status and issues
