Served as PMO Director over a Project and Portfolio Management Office for a Global Manufacturing Organization Role consisted of managing 4 organizational project offices, a portfolio of approximately 200 SAP projects globally, and 20 Project Managers.  Implementation responsibilities consisted of: process definition, as-is / to-be gap analysis, organizational transformation and alignment, system configuration, staff training and project status reporting.

Provided Project Management Certification training to the Project Managers and Coordinators of a Global Entertainment Company.  Training was delivered from PMI’s PMBOK version 4, and focused on providing the base information and study methods needed to pass the PMP certification exam.  Obtained 100% pass rate of the Project Managers who sat for the exam.

Served as Trusted Advisor to CIO during the implementation of a Program Management Office in a Global Hosting Company. Responsibilities included: assisting in the definition and set-up of company’s Program Management Processes, developing standards and templates, interviewing and hiring Project Managers and Business Analysts, and training Project Managers and Coordinators on the new process and their roles and responsibilities.
Served as Portfolio Manager for Major Global Oil and Gas Company.  Portfolio consisted of approximately 40 projects, with 15 to 20 active projects, and managing up to 7 global project resources at any given time.  Project budgets ranged from $50K to $2.5M.  Responsibilities included: preparing investment proposals and gathering executive approvals, sitting on the change review board, ensuring project teams adhered to SOX, change management and discretionary enhancement approval policies and procedures, coordinating project priority and timing with business units, reporting project status and forecasts, communicating project issues and changes, and performing as program manager on high-profile IT and Finance projects
