Microsoft Dynamics Project List

Served as Program Manager during the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Operations in the Construction industry.  Program lasted 24 months, and followed the Microsoft Sure Step Evolved methodology.  Program consisted of a PMO, 11 project managers, and 12 functional and technical consultants, and 50 Customer subject matter experts.  Program spanned 6 US regions and 5 operational business units.  Responsibilities included: developing program governance plans, communicating status and issues, removing roadblocks, developing project plans, managing global resource utilization and task completion, building and fostering vision, facilitating project and steering team meetings, and interacting with 3rd Party Management Consulting company.

Served as Program Manager during the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 in the Fashion Retail industry.  Program lasted 13 months, and followed a hybrid of the Microsoft Sure Step methodology.  Program consisted of a PMO (Luxor), 2 project managers, and 20 functional and technical consultants.  Program lasted 13 months and spanned 3 continents.  Responsibilities included: communicating status and issues, developing project plans, managing global resource utilization and task completion, building and fostering vision (solution and methodology), facilitating project and steering team meetings, and interacting with 3rd Party Management Consulting company responsible for PMO activities on the client’s side.

Served as Program Manager during the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2 in the Consumer Electronics Manufacturing industry.  Program consisted of 2 projects in 3 countries, 3 managers, and 12 functional and technical consultants.  Program lasted 16 months and followed Microsoft’s Sure Step methodology.  Responsibilities included: communicating status and issues, developing project plans, managing global resource utilization and task completion, building and fostering vision, facilitating project and steering team meetings, and developing solution diagram in accordance with Sure Step and 6 Sigma SIPOC

Served as Project Manager during the implementations of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 in the Manufacturing industry.  Project consisted of 7 functional and technical consultants, and lasted 11 months.  Project followed Microsoft’s Sure Step methodology.  Responsibilities included: communicating status and issues, developing project plans, managing global resource utilization and task completion, building and fostering vision, facilitating project and steering team meetings, and developing solution diagram in accordance with Sure Step and 6 Sigma SIPOC.

Served as Project Manager during the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 in the Entertainment industry.  Project consisted of 2 go-lives, 2 project managers, and 4 functional and technical consultants.  Project lasted 10 months and followed a hybrid of the Microsoft Sure Step methodology.  Responsibilities included: communicating status and issues, developing project plans, managing global resource utilization and task completion, building and fostering vision, facilitating project and steering team meetings, ensuring project deliverables mapped to business benefits and expectations, and writing functional and technical design documents.
